The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020 dated 22.10.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 34, 341, 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner had been noticed under Section 41(A) Cr. P.C. and has not misused the privilege of police bail, this application is disposed off with the observation that in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, his application shall be considered on its own merits
