2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 303(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The informant's family was informed about the deceased having fallen ill and she was taken to a hospital. The deceased died in N.M.C.H. Patna.

4. From the post report, it appears that no external injuries have been found on the body of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 17.06.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the family members of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7721 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 the deceased were informed about the ailment of the deceased and she was taken to the hospital, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
