JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The trial court has reported that only informant and the investigating officer have been left to be examined and, for obtaining the FSL report, the trial court has already taken steps. However, the trial court has sought two months' time to conclude the trial of the petitioner.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 351 of 2014 arising out of Katihar Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 is, again rejected.

However, if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4287 of 2016 (3) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
