The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.03.019 passed by learned A.C.J.M. XI, Bhojpur at Ara in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 364 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner for kidnapping the son of opposite party no.2. Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 15.03.2019 taking cognizance under Sections 364 and 120-B of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12442 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 Code against the petitioner is made out.

Accordingly, this quashing petition stands dismissed.
