JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused opened fire causing firearm injury to the informant as well as his brother, who was declared dead by the doctor.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 290 of 2015 arising out of Noorsarai P.S.Case No. 90 of 2015 pending in the court of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif stands rejected.
