====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2025 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner and other coaccused came to the informant's house and assaulted him and his family members.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent. The allegation of assault with knife is against co-accused, Upendra Manjhi and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1149 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 not against this petitioner. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he also accompanied co-accused, Upendra Manjhi and he is under custody since 09.11.2024.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st Class, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
