====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to AAG No. 15.

The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has made a prayer for directing the respondents to make payment of honorarium amount of Rs. 50/- which was sanctioned to the petitioner, but was not paid.

By way of filing counter affidavit by giving some explanation it has been indicated that the said honorarium amount

Patna High Court CWJC No.13706 of 2008 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 i.e. Rs. 50/- along with interest has been given to the petitioner i.e. total amount of Rs. 60/- has already been paid. In view of the facts and circumstances, there is no need to pass any positive order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
