The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.07.2014 in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/114 of the Indian Penal Code. The earlier bail application was rejected vide 24076 of 2015 dated 06.07.2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of eighteen months in custody from 09.07.2014. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2014.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the case has already committed to the Court of Sessions. As per the allegation, a single Chhura blow is

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid observation made in the earlier order and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VIII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No.567 of 2015 arising out of Marhaura P.S.Case No.215 of 2014.
