The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naugachiya (Bhagalpur) Complaint Case No. 322 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was abducted for marriage which is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1169 of 2020(3) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 supported by Annexure-2 and 3 to the petition (F.I.R. and Chargesheet), the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Naugachiya, Bhagalpur, in connection with Naugachiya (Bhagalpur) Complaint Case No. 322 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
