The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2626 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 It is a case of assault upon the informant due to which the informant and others sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and the impugned order shows that all injuries are simple in nature.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran Motihari in connection with Ghorashahan P.S.
