JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he gave tangi blow causing head injury to informant and after that omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused. The informant has sustained altogether four injuries. Out of them, only one injury has been found grievous in nature. The grievous injury has been found on the nose of the injured which is not attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2017 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur at Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
