JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 14.02.2019, petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, in the said order, in paragraph -2, name of police station has wrongly been mentioned as Sahebpur Kamal, whereas it should be Barauni (Chakia) .

Considering the submission as above, let the name of police station mentioned in second paragraph of order dated 14.02.2019 be read as Barauni Chakia in place of Sahebpur Kamal.

Further two weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below from the date of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2539 of 2019(4) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order.
