Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.503 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that two country made pistol have been recovered from the house of this petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature either of the petitioner or his family members.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case on account of enmity. Petitioner has voluntarily surrendered on 02.12.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No.503 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
