The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 28 of 2020 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter relates to Essential Commodities Act. Further submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a man of clean antecedent.
