The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for that the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
