Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner being husband of the deceased is in jail ccustody since 11.9.2014 in a case registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Dead body of the deceased could not be traced out and marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the year 2008 and she was found missing in the year 2013 i.e. within five years of her marriage.

There is specific allegation of illegal demand against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13548 of 2015 (4) dt.10-09-2015 on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Asarganj P. S. case no. 36/2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger stands rejected.
