Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to politics reasons he has been made accused in the instant case. It is alleged that the petitioner demanded Rs. 28,000/- as a bribe and during trap Rs. 30000/- cash was recovered. Learned counsel submits that recovery of Rs. 30000/- instead of 28000/- creates serious doubt about the authenticity of the story of the trap. He submitted that investigation has now completed and police has submitted charge-sheet. Learned counsel for the Vigilance submits that Vigilance is ready to take steps for early conclusion of the trial. Considering the totality of the facts situation, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1092 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Court grants four months time from today to the Vigilance to conclude the proceeding, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to release on bail by the court below itself on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
