JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.710 of 2015.
