ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2015 in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 216 (A), 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody only because of suspicion and the there has been no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the co-accused Babloo Jha has been extended privilege of regular bail by this Court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22028 of 2015.

Considering the nature of allegation let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3816 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2015.
