Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and the victim happens to be minor girl, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with G.R. No. 479 of 2015 arising out of Hathauri (Shivajinagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Samastipur under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act-cum-learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist, Samastipur stands rejected.
