Petitioner is said to have fired causing injury on the thigh of the informant but the injury found on the thigh of the informant is said to be simple in nature and petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.
