Petitioner is named in the first information report but entire allegation of assault as well as snatching money centers around against co-accused Rajeev Kumar Yadav. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have given order to co-accused Rajeev Kumar Yadav.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.11.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Turkauliya P.S.
