Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute between the parties. There is no injury report of any Government Doctor on the record. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018.
