JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died in other than normal circumstances within four years of her marriage. There is allegation of illegal demand and torturing. Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh stands rejected.

The case of the petitioner should be committed to the court of Sessions in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, if the same has not been committed as yet and after commitment, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15929 of 2015 (6) dt.14-09-2015 2/2 Sessions court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
