The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Belhar P.S. Case No.285 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is alleged that the informant had given money to the petitioner for getting his son appointed as teacher, which itself is illegal. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12090 of 2021(4) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.285 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
