====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 353, 186 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that on 19.03.2022, he received information that one person has died and the villagers are protesting by keeping his dead body on the

No.6749 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/3 road on which the informant along with the police force reached the place of occurrence where it is alleged that a mob has gathered, and they were pelting stones and bricks leading to injury to police party, further the accused were identified by the local Chowkidar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have antecedent of one case and petitioner no. 3 is a woman, it is next submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is further submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, it is also submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against any persons nor there is any injury report of any policemen.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC.
