The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 5 of 2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 222 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was on bail, but his bail bond was cancelled. The petitioner misused the privilege of bail for about 11⁄2 years and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S.
