JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One unknown dead body was recovered and in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased was residing in the house of the petitioner and furthermore, some witnesses claimed to have seen the deceased in the company of the petitioner and some others prior to recovery of his dead body. Furthermore, some witnesses stated that deceased had illicit relation with the wife of the petitioner but son of the deceased stated that his father had illicit connection with one Bhikhni Devi and not with the wife of the petitioner, which is evident from perusal of para-44 of the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1916 of 2016 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014.
