2. The petitioner has approached this Court, being aggrieved by the marks given to him in the internal examination. On the basis of the answer keys provided by the company, the petitioner has made a rough guess that he should be marked approximately

84. On the contrary, it appears that the petitioner has been marked 31.84 only. A representation to that effect was made by the petitioner before the General Manager (Human Resources/Administration) Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.1018 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 2/3 State Power (Holding) Company Ltd., Vidyut Bhawan, Patna on 11.12.2018 but the same has not been responded to or at least the petitioner has not been communicated whether his application/representation/request has been acceded to by the company.

3. Since the petitioner has roughly assessed the marks which should have been granted to him on the basis of answer keys provided by the company/ the examiner, this Court can only direct that the company ought to revisit the marks given to the petitioner.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the General Manager (Human Resources/Administration) Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd., Vidyut Bhawan, Patna within a period of three weeks from today, on receipt of which the concerned respondent shall get the matter revisited and dispose of such representation within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of three weeks after the acceptance of the aforesaid representation. In case the marks given to the petitioner is found to be less than what he ought to be given, necessary correction

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
