Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 278 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
