JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be right in her submission that there is absolutely no allegation of any assault by the petitioner as alleged in the First Information Report. Though, there is such allegation against co-named accused, namely, Ragho Yadav. She has also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Brajesh Yadav, Awadha Yadav, Munna Yadav and Santu Yadav, have been granted regular bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8366 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 this Court.

In view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.32 of 2004.
