03-04-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned State Counsel as well as Sri Raghvendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of private Respondents, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy.
