JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 01-06-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sarairanjan P.S.Case No. 96 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner and others.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and the specific allegation of demand of dowry of the motor cycle is against the husband of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14645 of 2015 (2) dt.01-06-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class Samastipur in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.96 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1.

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
