Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave multiple dagger blow to the informant at the time of occurrence of assault. The Doctor has found two incised wound. One at left elbow and another at left shoulder of the informant. Considering the nature and corroboration of the allegation by medical evidence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2024 of 2020(4) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Gopalganj Police Station Case No. 343 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. Hence, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is refused.

In the event of surrender of the petitioner within one month, prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
