No. 4617 of 2021 (Rajendra Mishra v. The State of Bihar and others) and C.W.J.C. no. 5004 of 2021 (wrongly typed) (Rajendra Mishra v. The State of Bihar and others) to the effect that the case number of the second writ petition should have been mentioned as C.W.J.C. No. 5004 of 2019 instead of C.W.J.C. No. 5004 of

Patna High Court MJC No.29 of 2022(2) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 2021.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with a direction that as far as the order dated 17.08.2021 is concerned, the case number of the second writ petition shall be read as C.W.J.C. No. 5004 of 2019 (Rajendra Mishra v. The State of Bihar and others).
