04. 22.06.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 781A of 2013 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2007 registered under Sections 302 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Munger.

In view of the Report of the S.P. Munger that six witnesses including the Doctor have been examined during trial, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
