The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur) P.S. Case No. 332 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant has alleged that one Kundan assaulted him by means of a knife, as a result of which he was injured. In the FIR, the informant has spoken about an earlier existing enmity between the parties. So far as the petitioner is concerned, who is the mother of aforesaid Kundan, she is said to have abused the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12221 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 informant and others when the occurrence was taking place. The son of the informant viz. Kundan has been released on regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Considering the afore-noted submissions and taking into account the gender of the petitioner, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur) P.S. Case No. 332 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
