The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B)A/26(i) of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one countrymade gun with two live cartridges was recovered and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 21.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for five and half months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
