The petitioner is named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, co-accused Mantu Mishra @ Srikant mmishra has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 10-04-2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3613 of 2012 after perusing the materials, available in the case diary. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 31 of 2011 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 242 of 2011 to the satisfaction of A.D.J. IVth, Buxar.
