This writ application has been preferred for a direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Jamui to pass necessary order in Criminal (Juvenile) Appeal (under Juvenile Justice Act) No. 10 of 2017 arising out of Sono P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016 expeditiously as required by the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. This Court without going into the merit of the case, directs the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui to decide the aforesaid appeal, keeping in view that the juvenile is in jail, preferably within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed off.
