The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Athmalgola P.S. Case No.136 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery was made from parti land of other person. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

Case No.136 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
