The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier application for bail of the two petitioners was rejected vide order dated 15.9.2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21726 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 9.12.2020. Heard learned APP for the State.

No.2561 of 2022(2) dt.02-02-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the liberty granted in the aforesaid order of rejection dated 15.9.2021 and the petitioners having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case no. 206 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge II - cum - Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad.
