Petitioner is not named in the first information report it appears from perusal of the impugned order that on the basis of suspicion, petitioner was arrested and remanded in the present case. Subsequently, some co-accused made their confessional statement disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of only one case which had been lodged under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-
