====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 583 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are parents of co-accused Ritik Kumar against whom the informant has levelled allegation of kidnapping of his 15 years old grand-daughter. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioners and informant are close relative. The informant is own uncle of petitioner No. 1 and father of informant is own grandfather of petitioner No. 1.

It is alleged in the written report that informant did

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4852 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 not find his grand-daughter in the house when he got awake. He tried to search but he did not find her. The informant raised suspicion that Ritik Kumar has kidnapped his grand-daughter. Petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 583 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
