The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband. The wife has made allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Petitioner is in jail since 7.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8340 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 177 of 2013.
