2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to command the respondent to pay the arrear of the revision of pension, who retired before 2006 with 18% interest and cost of this proceedings."

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in a similar matter, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1150 of 2016, in the case of Baleshwar Ojha vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. by judgment dated 19.05.2016, has directed the Registrar of the University to examine the grievance of the petitioners raised in the aforesaid writ petition as well as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3264 of 2018 dt.25-06-2018 2/2 representation filed by them and take a decision, in accordance with law, and ensure payment of admissible amount to them within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. It was submitted that the present case be also disposed off in similar terms.

4. Learned counsel for the State and University are agreeable to the same.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of the judgment dated 19.05.2016 passed in the case of Baleshwar Ojha (supra).

6. The petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed representation with regard to his claim raised in the writ petition before the Registrar of the University. If such as representation is filed within four weeks from today, the Registrar of the University shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law and also ensure payment of the admissible amount to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
