The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.461 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Amar Singh Yadav having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46222 of 2017. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Regard being had to the submissions made above and the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.46222 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Bhabua P.S.
