Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 612 of 2018 registered under Sections 394, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner has is in custody since 09.05.2019.
