This application has been filed for restoration of C.R. No. 08 of 2017, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 07.03.2017.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, it is allowed and C.R. No. 08 of 2017 is restored to its original file. Re:- C.R. No. 08 of 2017 The Civil Revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 02.01.2016 passed in Misc. Case No. 15 of 2010 by the Sub-Judge VII, Siwan by which Title Suit No. 81 of 2004 has been restored.

There is nothing to show that the Court below has exercised its jurisdiction illegally or with material irregularity.
