2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to file a representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If a representation is filed within four weeks from today before the Vice Chancellor/Registrar of the University, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.
